Mónica Iglesias (Madrid) es una bailaora que destaca por su profundidad expresiva, su solidez técnica y una búsqueda artística muy personal. Formada en el Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma, amplió su aprendizaje con referentes como Manuela Carrasco, Eva Yerbabuena, Rubén Olmo y Andrés Marín. Inició su carrera profesional con Rafael Estévez y Nani Paños, y participó en el espectáculo Flamenco hoy de Carlos Saura. Ha sido integrante del Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía y del Ballet Nacional de España, donde ocupó puestos de primera bailarina. En 2015 recibió el premio a la mejor coreografía solista en el Certamen Coreográfico de Madrid, y en 2018 obtuvo el Premio Desplante en el Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas. Ha estrenado también creaciones propias como Bravata (2019) y Tálamo (2021, Festival de Jerez).
